Before you write, this might be faster
- Where is my order? Most of it is answered on Track Your Order including what to do when tracking stalls, or when it says delivered and nothing arrived.
- Does it come with a battery? Yes. A 20000mAh USB power bank comes with every Wrap at no extra cost. It ships in its own package from our US warehouse and usually arrives before the Wrap. More on the FAQ.
- Why did I get two tracking numbers? Two parcels, two origins. The power bank comes from our US warehouse and the Wrap comes from our manufacturing partner overseas.
- I want to return it. You have 30 days from delivery. Message us here with your order number and we will send return instructions.

Please include your order number and, if something arrived damaged or wrong, a photo. It saves a round trip and we can usually sort it in one reply.
