Shipping

Shipping is free on every order. No minimum, no surprise at checkout.

We currently ship within the US only. Your order arrives as two parcels: the power bank comes from our US warehouse, and the Wrap comes from our manufacturing partner overseas.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and most arrive within 8 to 12 days of being placed. The power bank usually gets there first. You get a tracking link by email as soon as each parcel receives its first carrier scan.

We do not promise a delivery date we cannot control. If your tracking has not moved in 7 days, get in touch through our contact page and we will chase the carrier for you rather than telling you to wait.

Returns

You have 30 days from the day it arrives to send it back, for any reason.

The wrap needs to be in the condition you received it: unwashed, unworn beyond trying it on, with any tags and packaging. We cannot take back something that has been through the machine or damaged in use.

How to start one

Message us through the contact page with your order number and a line about why it is coming back. We reply within 2 business days with a return address and instructions. Please do not post anything back before you hear from us. A parcel with no return authorization cannot be matched to your order.

Who pays the postage

• Changed your mind: you cover the return postage.
• Damaged, faulty, does not heat, or the wrong item: we cover it both ways, and we replace or refund in full including shipping. Send a photo when you message us.

Refunds

Once it reaches us and we have checked it over, we refund your original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
