Shipping
Shipping is free on every order. No minimum, no surprise at checkout.
Orders ship from inside the United States. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse, and you can follow it the whole way.
We do not promise a delivery date we cannot control. If your tracking has not moved in several days, email us and we will chase it for you rather than telling you to wait.
Returns
You have 30 days from the day it arrives. If it is not for you, email us and we will start the return. You do not need a reason.
The item needs to come back in a condition we could reasonably describe as used rather than destroyed. Wear it, wash it, decide it is not for you, send it back.
Refunds go to the original payment method once the return is on its way back to us. Card refunds usually appear within a few business days, depending on your bank.
Something arrived damaged
Email us with a photo and we will replace it or refund it. We will not ask you to ship a damaged item back at your own cost.
