Every Evenfold order ships with tracking. Here is how to find it, and what to do when it goes quiet.
Where your tracking link lives
As soon as your parcel gets its first carrier scan, we email you a tracking link. It comes from us with the subject line about your order being on its way. If you cannot find it, check your spam or promotions folder before anything else — that is where it ends up most of the time.
If you made an account at checkout, you can also see it under your account.
What the timeline actually looks like
- Day 0 – you order. You get an order confirmation straight away. This is not the tracking email.
- Day 1–2 – we process it. Nothing to track yet. This is normal.
- Day 2–3 – it ships. Tracking email arrives. The first scan can take another day to appear.
- By day 8 (business days) – it arrives. Most orders land inside this window.
Tracking has not updated in days
Carrier tracking often goes quiet mid-transit, sometimes for several days, and then jumps forward all at once. That on its own is not a sign anything is wrong.
If it has not moved in 7 days, get in touch through our contact page with your order number and we will chase the carrier for you.
It says delivered, but nothing arrived
This happens more often than it should, and it is usually one of three things:
- The carrier scanned it as delivered a little early, and it turns up the next day.
- It went to a side door, a porch, a mail room, or a neighbour.
- It was genuinely misdelivered.
Give it 24 hours and check around the property first. If it still has not appeared, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier. You will not be left out of pocket for a parcel that never reached you.
Wrong address on the order
Tell us as soon as you notice. If it has not shipped yet we can usually correct it. Once it is with the carrier and moving to the address you gave us, we cannot reroute it.
Still stuck
Use the contact page with your order number and we will pick it up. We answer Monday to Friday and aim to reply within 2 business days.
