This website is operated by Evenfold. Throughout these terms, we, us and our refer to Evenfold. By visiting our site or buying something from us, you agree to the terms set out below.

Using this site

You must be at least the age of majority in your state to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal purpose, or to violate any law in your jurisdiction.

Products and pricing

We try to display our product and its colours as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your screen shows colour exactly as it appears in person. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order, to correct errors in pricing or product descriptions, and to cancel an order placed against an obvious error, refunding you in full.

Product use and safety

The Evenfold Wrap is a heated garment powered by a USB power bank, which is not included. It is not a medical device and is not intended to treat, diagnose or cure any condition. Do not use it while sleeping, do not use it on children, and do not use it if you cannot reliably sense changes in temperature. Stop using it and disconnect the power bank if it ever feels uncomfortably hot.

Orders and payment

By placing an order you confirm that the payment method is yours and that the billing and shipping information you have given is accurate. We may refuse or cancel any order we believe to be fraudulent.

Our site may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their policies.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evenfold is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or this site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited by agreement.
