Am I tied to a wall socket?
No. It runs from a portable USB power bank rather than a wall outlet. Keep the bank in the front pocket and move around the house.
Is the power bank included?
No, and we say so up front rather than at the bottom of a spec sheet. Any standard USB power bank works, the kind you would charge a phone with. Most people already own one.
What size is it?
One size, 96cm, cut oversized on purpose. It is meant to go over what you are already wearing.
What is it made of?
100% polyester sherpa.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Unplug the USB connection first, then machine wash.
What colours does it come in?
Six: blue, navy, dark grey, black, grey and sky blue.
How long does delivery take?
It ships from inside the United States and you get tracking by email. We will not quote you a delivery date we cannot control, because that promise is the one most stores break.
