Am I tied to a wall socket?
No. It runs from a portable USB power bank rather than a wall outlet. Keep the bank in the front pocket and move around the house, out to the car, or onto the porch.
Is the power bank included?
Yes. A 20000mAh USB power bank comes with every Wrap at no extra cost. It ships in its own package from our US warehouse and usually arrives before the Wrap, so it is ready the evening the Wrap lands. You do not need to buy anything else to use it.
Why do I get two parcels?
Two origins. The power bank comes from a US warehouse and usually lands within a few days. The Wrap comes from our manufacturing partner overseas and takes longer. You get a tracking link for each.
What size is it?
One size, 38 inches (96cm), cut oversized on purpose. It is meant to go over what you are already wearing.
What is it made of?
100% polyester sherpa.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Take the power bank out and close the USB cap first, then machine wash and tumble dry low.
What colors does it come in?
Five: blue, new navy blue, black, gray and pink.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 8 to 12 days. The power bank usually gets there first. We will not quote you a delivery date we cannot control, because that promise is the one most stores break.
What if I do not like it?
Thirty days from delivery, no reason needed. If it does not heat, we pay the postage both ways. See our Shipping and Returns page.
Who do I email?
Us. There is no support queue and no chatbot. Whoever replies is the person who runs this.
