Is the power bank really included?
Yes. Every Wrap comes with a 20000mAh bank rated 5V 2.1A. We used to leave it out and let you supply your own, and the single most common complaint about this style of wrap, everywhere it is sold, is arriving without one. So now one is included with every Wrap, shipped in its own package, and the price reflects it.
Why not just buy this on Amazon?
You should look. Plenty of heated wraps on Amazon look like this one, and some of them are cheaper. Read the one-star reviews on any of them and the same complaint comes up again and again: it arrived with nothing to power it, or the battery that came with it could not run the heat.

Can I use a power bank I already own?
Of course. Any certified 5V USB bank will run it. One rated around 5V 2A or higher drives the panel more reliably than a small keyring-sized bank, which is exactly why we picked the one we include. It sits in the front pocket alongside your hands, since there is no separate battery pouch. A laptop port or a plug adapter works too if you are staying put.
It is not heating up. What do I do?
A blinking red light almost always means the power bank, not the wrap. Banks cut their own output when they detect a low draw, and that looks exactly like a wrap that does not work.
Plug the lead into a laptop port or a plug adapter first. If it heats there, the wrap is fine. Then check the included bank is charged and the lead is pushed fully into the connector in the pocket.
If a wall adapter and the included bank both fail to heat it, it is genuinely faulty. Contact us and we will replace it or refund you, and we pay the postage.
How warm does it get, and is it warm without the heat on?
One button on the front of the pocket cycles three settings, high, medium and low, with the light changing color at each. Hold it three seconds to switch off.
We have not published a temperature or a runtime, on purpose. Listings for this style of wrap quote figures that come straight off a factory spec sheet. We would rather put a probe on our own unit, time it on our own power bank, and print what we actually measure. Those numbers go here when we have them, and they will say how they were taken.
And yes, it is warm before you switch anything on. It is thick sherpa cut very generously, and plenty of people use it that way most of the time.
What size is it, and how heavy?
One size, about 38 inches (96 cm), cut oversized on purpose. Where the hem lands depends on your height: around the knee if you are tall, closer to the ankle if you are shorter. It goes over your head like a hoodie, so it does not open down the front. It has real weight to it, closer to a weighted blanket than a hoodie, which is part of why it feels warm before the heat is on. Five colors.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Take the power bank out, close the cap over the USB connector, then machine wash. Tumble dry low and the pile comes out fine. Air drying a garment this thick takes the best part of a day. It is 100% polyester, so spills can leave a mark and a darker color is safer if you eat on the sofa.
How long does delivery take?
The power bank usually lands within a few days from our US warehouse. The wrap leaves the warehouse within 1 to 3 business days and most arrive within 8 to 12 days of ordering. You get a tracking link for each. We ship within the US only.
Is it safe to use?
It runs on low-voltage USB rather than mains, so there is no wall socket involved, and a sensor cuts the heat if it detects an abnormal temperature rise. As with any heated garment, do not use it while asleep, on children, or if you cannot reliably feel changes in temperature. If it ever feels too hot, unplug the bank.
