Am I tied to a wall socket?
No. It runs from a portable power bank rather than a wall outlet. Keep the bank in the pocket and move around the house.

Why is the power bank not included?
Most people already own one and we would rather not charge you for a second. If you do not have one, any standard USB power bank will do.

Can I wash it?
Yes. Unplug the USB connection, then machine wash.

What if it is not for me?
Send it back within 30 days for a refund.
